Returns


When it comes to online shopping, the unexpected happens sometimes. This is why we provide a seamless and fuss free experience for you.

Simple Conditions for Returns:

  • Only damaged or incorrect items may be returned.
  • For hygiene reasons, no exchanges will be allowed if wrong items/colours/sizes are selected. Please ensure that the correct item/colour/size has been selected before proceeding to check out. Supertone will not be able to amend your Orders upon transmission through the Site.
  • Sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Supertone product(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original condition and with wash labels intact. 

Simple Steps for Returns:

  1. Check that the item(s) are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with wash labels on.
  2. Send us an email to hello@supertone.co with the receipt as an attachment and the email subject starting with "Returns" with the following:
    1. Order Number / Invoice Number
    2. Picture and brief description of the defect
    3. Contact details
  3. Print the email sent to us and pack it with the item(s) securely in your preferred packaging and ensure the parcel is well sealed.
  4. Return your parcel through your preferred postal service with tracking. Do note that we will not be responsible for any lost or damaged parcels upon return. We will reimburse the return cost as well if we sent out a defective or wrong order to you.
  5. Our Customer Care Team will contact you once your return is processed and completed, typically within 7 business days once we have received the returned item(s).

Decisions on returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Supertone.
