ORDERS

How do I place an order?

Simply add items to your cart, and submit the requested details on our Website! Once your Order has been confirmed, we will send a confirmation email to the email address you have provided to us.

I'm not sure of my size, do you have a size chart?

We offer size charts for most of our products to help you when placing your Order. They can be found under “Sizing & Measurements” at the bottom of every page.

Am I able to change/cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders are processed immediately upon confirmation to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. Hence, we are unable to offer any cancellations or changes. We advise customers to always double-check your orders carefully before checking out and making payment.

What do I do if I receive an item that is damaged/ incorrect?

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will endeavour to rectify this for you as soon as possible. Information on how to return an item can be found at our 'Exchanges & Returns' page.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

For online orders we accept payment methods via Shopify Payments (such as Visa or Mastercard). Please note that full payment is required for all orders placed on our Website.

 

DELIVERY

Is there a Delivery Fee?

Yes, delivery costs will be charged in addition to the cost of the items reflected on our Website. Such additional charges are displayed and included in the Final Total price on checkout.

I have waited 2 weeks for my online order, why has it not arrived yet? 

We do our best to deliver all Orders to you in a timely manner. Please contact our Supertone Customer Care Team at hello@supertone.co if you have not received your parcel after 2 weeks. Do inform us of your Order number, for verification purposes. Should you not have received any response from us within seven (7) Business Days, please make further enquiries.

Does Supertone deliver to all locations in Singapore?

Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.

Do you do international shipping? 

Yes! Overseas shipping will be charged according to weight of items and will be advised accordingly at check out. You may email our Supertone Customer Care Team at hello@supertone.co if you have further queries.

  

FABRIC/ COLOURS

Is it possible to return/ change an item that I received comes in a colour that I do not want/ like? 

The colours reflected on digital screens may have some variation with the original fabric colours, as electronic devices (e.g. monitors, mobile phones) have varying abilities to display colours. As such, the product images as seen on our Website may slightly differ from the actual Product that you receive. We are unable to offer any cancellations or changes if you receive an item that comes in a colour that you do not want/ like. We advise customers to always double-check your Orders carefully before checking out and making payment.

Are there Bra Inserts included?

We believe both comfort and security are important to you. While we have not included Bra Inserts by default, we have included slits where suitable in our leotards to include your own bra padding in.

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. You may email our Supertone Customer Care Team at hello@supertone.co at any time if you have any complaints. We will attempt to address your concerns as soon as possible and will contact you on receipt of any relevant enquiry or complaint. Kindly note that there may be instances where the manufacturer must be involved, and as such it may take longer to resolve such an enquiry or complaint. In rare cases your emails may be caught up in our spam filters or not reach us, or correspondence that we send to you may otherwise not have reached you. Should you not have received any response from us within seven (7) Business Days, please make further enquiries.
